    Due to high demand, patrons are encouraged to book an appointment to use the Innovation Center. Book your appointment online here, opens a new window.

    The Innovation Center is open during the following hours:

    Monday: 10 AM-8 PM
    Tuesday: 10 AM-4:30 PM
    Wednesday: Noon-8 PM
    Thursday: 10 AM-8 PM
    Friday: 10 AM-4:30 PM*
    Saturday: 9:30 AM-4:30 PM (closed from noon-1 PM for lunch break)
    Sunday: 1:30-4:30 PM

    *The Innovation Center will be closed the second Friday of each month until 1 PM for staff training.

    Anyone can use the Innovation Center. Innovation Center programs are open to everyone, but preference is given to GPL cardholders. Appointments are strongly encouraged.

    First, you have to learn the design software associated with each piece of equipment. Then you will receive hands-on instruction on how to use the specific piece of equipment.

    Yes, reach out to us for an appointment. Once we hear your project idea we can make suggestions and help you get started.

    You may bring your own materials, though staff must approve them before usage. Materials are also available for purchase through the Innovation Center.

    Pricing is for full sheets. Smaller sizes can be purchases at the equivalent price.
