Pride Month is celebrated in June as a time to honor the history, achievements, and resilience of our diverse LGBTQIA+ community. As an institution dedicated to being a welcoming place for all and promoting inclusion, understanding, and kindness, the Glenview Public Library is proud to show support for LGBTQIA+ individuals, families, and allies throughout our community.
As a trusted community resource, the Library is committed to connecting patrons with meaningful reading lists, educational materials, local organizations, and supportive networks that reflect a wide range of voices and experiences. Whether you are looking to learn more, celebrate LGBTQIA+ stories and history, or find resources for support and connection, we invite you to explore the materials and information below for all ages. Happy Pride Month!
