Glenview Public Library Launches a New Website

Improved Design Connects Users to All the Library has to Offer

Glenview Public Library is excited to announce the launch of our new website. On Wednesday, January 11, visitors to glenviewpl.org will find an enhanced digital library that encourages an intuitive discovery of new materials and services. Our new website showcases collections and spotlights offerings with a mobile-friendly design that gives access to Library resources from anywhere at any time.

The new glenviewpl.org features a smarter search function that uses natural language so that it's easier to find books, eBooks, movies, and other items. Improved browsing features allow users to discover new materials, including best sellers, award winners, and recommendations from Library staff. In addition, our community of Library users will now be able to rate, review, and share favorite titles with others.

"We are thrilled to offer a brand-new website that provides an easy-to-use platform for our library patrons. With exciting features like enhanced search capabilities, catalog and events integration, and a more sophisticated design, our patrons can quickly find the information they need and stay up-to-date on the latest library offerings," said Library Director Lindsey Dorfman. "We want everyone in Glenview to know and use our site, so please check it out and know that our team members are ready to walk you through the new features and show you how to make the most of this valuable resource."
