The Library offers printed forms on the 2nd floor while supplies last. These usually arrive near the end of January and typically include Federal IRS 1040, instructions, and a bookmark with contact information to request forms.

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide
AARP volunteers provide free tax assistance to anyone, with a special focus on taxpayers 50 and older or those who have low or moderate income. Click here to use the AARP tax-aide locator.
One-hour appointments, time to time at Glenview Public Library.

What to bring to your appointment:
- Photo IDs for each person on the tax return (required)
- Social Security cards for each person on the tax return (required)
- Checkbook for direct deposit or refunds (required)
- Last year’s tax return (recommended)
- All necessary documents, such as W2s, 1099, SSA, etc. (required)

IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE)
VITA and TCE offer free tax preparation for qualified taxpayers.
