We’re glad you’re here. Please note that passport services are by appointment only.
To get started, visit travel.state.gov to learn which documents are required for your specific situation and to begin the application process.
What to Bring to Your Appointment:
To help your appointment go smoothly, please make sure to bring:
- A valid state-issued photo ID
- A photocopy of your valid photo ID
- A completed DS-11 passport application (available at travel.state.gov)
- A check or money order for each passport application.
- Any other required documents for your individual passport application (see travel.state.gov for details)
- Payment for library service fees:
- $35 execution fee (cash, check, or card payable to the library)
- $15 photo fee if you need a passport photo taken
Please arrive at the circulation desk at your scheduled appointment time.
Language Support:
If you need help understanding or communicating in English during your appointment, please bring someone with you who can interpret.
