Established in 1939, the Friends of Glenview Public Library is a volunteer organization that operates the Irene Overman Kreer Used Book Store. The Friends raise funds through book sales and their annual appeal to support the Library’s ongoing operations and programs. A 501 (c)3 non-profit organization, The Friends of Glenview Library is organized exclusively for the charitable, educational, and continuing development of the Glenview Public Library.
