Teen Advisory Board Application

Five middle school and five high school students will be selected to join our Teen Advisory Board to help make decisions for the Library and plan and run a quarterly event with Librarians. You MUST be in grades 6-12 and a Glenview Village resident or attend a school served by the Glenview Public Library to be considered.

All time spent doing Teen Advisory Board Advisory work will earn service credit hours.

The last day to complete this form is December 22, 2023. The appointments will be announced on January 5, 2024.
