Please fill out the form to donate your book to the Glenview Public Library Local Author Collection. Once you have submitted the form, please mail or drop off a copy of your book at the Glenview Public Library.
Once we receive your form and the donated copy of your book, the book will be reviewed by a staff member. If the book is accepted, it will be added to the Library catalog and processed with a spine label. The book will be shelved in the Local Author Collection and available for check-out. Books that are added to the Local Author Collection become library property and are subject to the guidelines of the Glenview Public Library Collection Development Plan.
